S (18.8-20.8 H) x (12.5-14.2 L) x (7.8-9.4 W) fits 18-21 inch luggage.
M (22.8-25 H) x (14.6-16.1 L) x (9.0-10.6 W) fits 22-24 inch luggage.

Using Instruction:
1. Pull up the lever;
2. Insert one of the holes into the tie rod;
3. Pull down the suitcase cover;
4. Expose the side handle hole;
5. Fasten the bottom zipper;
